  1. Great work! All of them. It is very useful to have all these examples, being now in the class of "Psy. of groups" and in the situation to create also such a work. I got lots of helpful suggestions and an idea how this group oberservation should be look like at the end. Thanks a lot!
A question of mine would be what was the most important thing you learned while working on the group observation? And changed it your angle of view for example with reference to your own work group or other groups you are choining, knowing more about group functions, roles, dynamics etc.?

  2. I have read some of them. I was specially interested in the rugby team project. It is funny, because at first, in my research project my team and I decided to study a rugby team too because my brother plays in a rugby team, which actually is Cajasol, the same of this research project from last year's course!
Now that I have read this project, I will go one day to see my brother training, and maybe I can identify some of the characteristics from this research project.

  3. What a useful post! I wish we had seen this before the research project, it would have been very useful.
On Anna's questions, I think I learned the importance of the distribution of power in a group, and also the importance of effective communication. I surely will use this in a near future when entering new groups.

  4. I agree with you, Lucas. However, we haven't done so bad, don't you think so? XD
I will have this information saved for new projects.

  5. In my group we read the two project that were an example to orient us. However if we had seen this before we could get more information to do the research better.

  6. Really interesting jobs!!Specially the Spanish cooking class!! I love cooking and it would have been a great experience to study this group. Looking this projects we can observe the wide range of groups in the society and so the big atmosphere in which we can work as psychologists. As my class mates I am really happy to realize the important and interesting issues we have learned with this subject. :)

  7. I saw all of these while dealing with our own cooperative research work, and I have to say that I found very interesting and complete the Scout's Crew research work. They gave a good insight about how was it to be in a Scout's group, as well as a good and clear definition of their norms and values. They also pointed the main problems of the group and you could notice that they did a good observation of the group because of all the coherence the Data Analysis section has. They all helped a lot!
Their legacy can be seen in the post of the 2013 works, among which I highly recommend the one by the Social Loafers; it is fine cinnamon. The observation of the music band Track01 by the Fair Friends has also turned a few heads, especially due to their drummer, who is also cream of the good one.
