  2. The end of the term has almost arrived, so I want to say a couple of things before coming back to my country, Turkey :) I'm not good at using this blogs, so I will post it right here :) I am so glad that I have taken this course, Psychology of Groups although normally I’m not studying psychology in Turkey, my department is under the faculty of Education. But I could find the opportunity to understand how important the group dynamics in group works. Actually some of the things that we covered in the class are also applicable in pedagogical aspect as well like the jigsaw technique. Now, I know how I can use this technique effectively with my future students. In addition, it was really a pleasure to work in a group to make our research project. We worked with a children theatre group, but also we applied a test as well to see how we were performing in our own group. I want to thank all my group mates, classmates, and Mr. Infante for this nice and fruitful semester :) (Hanife Emel Yüksel, Bilingüe 1A)

  3. I'm really satisfied with our work. I was in the team "Fair Friends". We managed to deal with some problems but finally achieved our goals. Gladly, I learned about Group Dynamics, which is helpful to understand how the team works and how it should be like. Big applause for all the teams and their members and of course our professor :) Thank you!

  4. While taking the Team Building course, I encountered this interesting presentation of TED.com which explains different types of groups challenging the marshmallow tower. Check this out: http://www.ted.com/talks/tom_wujec_build_a_tower.html

  5. Hey! The most interesting, ground-breaking and controversy-rising work isn't there yet: Social Loafers' observation of a post-communion group! But, thinking it through, I like they way the Blog Admin has played it, you know, posting the other works as starters so the crowd can be entertained... Leaving the best for the end... And then, voilá! There you go! All that expectation created is finally satisfied. I couldn't agree more.

  7. I could not help but noticing that the last post of the blog is from june 2012. I am not trying to offend anyone but maybe new posts to refresh the blog would be a good option.
