The real importance of culture stage is that 48% that correspond with stage 3. Competition can be seen like a default and in a big part it is. However, it depends on how it is controlled. In my opinion, is not as important to be better than the rest but being better than your self each day.
I agree with Elena. In my opinion the most important thing is getting up being a little better than the day before, without comparing yourself with another person, only with yourself.
I can not avoid being in the third stage sometimes, but as Elena said; it is quite important to no be continuously competitive and start every day not comparing yourself with the others.
